Types of Cleaning Service Domestic Divas Offer

We currently offer weekly and bi-weekly residential house cleanings for homeowners. We will also consider monthly house cleanings, but because of the infrequency of the cleaning, they are harder to schedule for us. Incidentally, monthly cleanings will cost more for you because we will not be coming to your home on a regular basic to do maintenance cleanings to keep the home from becoming too dusty/dirty.

We have found that the best way to charge for house cleaning is to charge per HOUSE, not per hour, with the exception of the initial first time cleaning. First time cleanings take more time and are more involved than regular maintenance cleanings, and not knowing how long the first time clean will take us, we charge per hour and estimate the number of hours it will take us to get it done the first time.

If you only want to pay for a certain amount of hours, that is fine. (Example- 4 hours x $25 hr= a cost of $100.00. This is only an EXAMPLE of how services are priced and does not reflect the charge per hour) Most average sized homes that aren't overly-cluttered or dirty take approximately 4-5 hours for the first time clean. If we cannot get to everything the first time, we will get to it when we come for the regular maintenance cleanings.

Price quotes for services are based on how many people are living in the home, the size of the home, if you have any pets, the condition of the home, if clutter is present, etc.. We will do a thorough walk-through during your estimate to view the condition of your home and discuss your particular cleaning needs. Price quotes are not set in stone, but we try to come as close as we can, to benefit both you and us.
