We appreciate when our customers tidy up a bit before we come to clean. While we do provide light picking up/straightening of items, excessive clutter hampers the cleaning process and makes it more difficult to really reach all the areas that need to be cleaned. If there are larger items on the floor, for example, that are stacked and excessive, that prevents us from really giving your floor a great cleaning.

If you could pick up any toys, dog toys, excessive stacks of paper, etc.. before we arrive, that paves the way for us to be able to clean all areas of your house without having to worry about moving items beforehand, if moving them is possible. That way, you know where your items are because they aren't being moved around by us, and you will also get the best cleaning for your money when we are there.
