During the winter months, if we experience inclement weather such as snow or ice, we may have to cancel your appointment for the day and reschedule for another day. We base our decision on whether to work or not on how much snow/ice is forecast for the day, and if we feel the roads are safe for travel.
While we do not like to reschedule our customers, we have to take into consideration the safety of the roads during the winter months. If we have to reschedule your appointment, we will call you and figure out a new day for your cleaning.
