- Why do you have to
do an in-home estimate?
- Prices are charged according
to the condition of your home, if you have pets, kids, the size of the
home,
- rooms to be cleaned, clutter, etc. Unless we view
your home to see the condition and speak
- to you about which rooms your family uses the
most, etc., we wouldn't be able to give you
- a fair estimate on the price of
your cleaning.
Often times people ask for estimates over the phone or through
- email, but we cannot do this because it's not
fair to you or to us. Our in-home estimates are always free, and
- are minimally time-consuming as well.
- What forms of payment
do you accept?
- We currently accept checks,
cash. We can also process payments via
Pay Pal, but
cash and checks are our most preferred method of payment at this time.
- When do I have to pay
for my cleaning?
- Payment is expected the day of
service.
- How long will it take
to clean my house?
- That depends on the size of
your home, the condition of your home, and other factors. We will
discuss how long
- it will take when we do an
estimate on your home prior to cleaning it.
- What time will you be
coming to clean my house?
- We prefer to start the day
between 8-9 am. If you are scheduled as the second house that day, then
we will be arriving early to mid-afternoon.
- Do I have to be home when
you come to clean?
- Most of our clients are not home
while we clean because they are working or busy with
- their hectic schedules, but we
also clean for clients who are home the entire time we are there.
- Do you bring
supplies or use what I have?
- We feel it's most sanitary if
we use our clients supplies, lessening the chance of spreading
- germs from one house to
another, bringing in pet dander, germs, etc.. We will make
recommendations
- for products if requested, and
let you know what products work best (rust removers, etc..)
- Is there a charge if I
have to cancel my cleaning?
- If you cancel within 24 hours of
your scheduled cleaning, then there is no charge. If you
- cancel less than 24 hours
from your scheduled cleaning, there will be a $50.00 fee. If you
need to reschedule
- your appointment, you can

- How many people will come
to my home to clean?
- For the
initial cleaning on your
home, there could be 1-3 people cleaning, and for the
-
regular maintenance cleanings
you will have 1 person coming to clean, unless your home is too
- large for one person to clean in
a reasonable amount of time. At this time, it is currently the owner
cleaning
- on her own, so she is the person who will be cleaning
for you.
